Society

Our Objects are to:

• Promote the photographic interests of our members
• Develop our members’ photographic appreciation and abilities and
• Exchange information and ideas on photography and allied subjects.

The Society meets fortnightly when well known photographers show their work and discuss their techniques.

We have two Sections which run monthly competitions, practical sessions and image discussion sessions. These also meet fortnightly.

The Print Section concentrates on the printed image while the On-Screen Section concentrates on projected images including Audio-Visual.

The Society enters various external competitions and we have a major Annual Exhibition of our work in March.
